PAYMENT OPERATIONS

DOMESTIC PAYMENT OPERATIONS

The payment orders, i.e. payments made from transaction accounts of the participants in the payment operations in the country, are executed every business day according to the time schedule given below:

1. Receipt, processing and sending of payment orders in paper form at the Bank’s counters:

  • for execution through KIBS (2) – from 8:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs
  • for execution through MIPS (1) – from 8:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs
  • for execution of internal orders (0) – from 8:00 hrs to 17:20 hrs.

2. Receipt, processing and sending of payment orders electronically:

  • for execution through KIBS (2) – until 14:00 hrs
  • for execution through MIPS (1) – until 16:00 hrs
  • for execution of internal orders (0) – until 17:20 hrs

3. On Saturdays, we receive only internal orders, from 09:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.

4. Receipt of orders with future dates of execution: paper orders – within the specified business hours; electronically – unlimited.


FOREIGN PAYMENT OPERATIONS

The payment orders, i.e. payments of the participants in the foreign payment operations, are carried out every business day, according to the timetable given below:

1. Receipt, processing and sending of foreign currency payment orders in paper form:

  • receipt of orders that are processed on the same work day – from 8:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs
  • receipt of orders that are processed the following work day – from 14:00 hrs until EOD

2. Receipt, processing and sending of foreign currency orders electronically:

  • Receipt of orders that are processed on the same work day – from 8:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs
  • Receipt of orders that are processed on the following work day – from 14:30 hrs until the beginning of the following work day


*The terms for executing foreign currency orders require complete and accurate documentation, submitted in a timely manner, in accordance with the purpose of the payment, a secured coverage and a paid commission fee.
